3 JALEPENO PEPPERS, SEEDS
  REMOVED, CHOPPED
2tbDIJON-STYLE MUSTARD
1cnSALMON, DRAINED
1/4cLIGHT RUM
2 HARDCOOKED EGGS, CHOPPED
2tbLEMON JUICE
  SALT TO TASTE

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, adding more rum if necessary. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve on toast or crackers, or as a filling for pastries.
